Flirting in Real Life

I cannot remember the last time I flirted with a stranger in a bar in my "real life."  But I did tonight. I met a friend for drinks after work and we went to an upscale restaurant downtown. It was pretty early so we sat at the bar and had a few drinks. Soon after we arrived, 2 young nice looking guys came in and sat next to us. One of them started chatting with me. They said they were in town because both were going to be starting jobs with a big employer and they wanted to know more about the area. It was a very easygoing conversation that slipped into flirting. I have occasionally wondered if, after all these years, I would be comfortable flirting again. And the answer is yes! No doubt, my online "extra curricular activities" have played a big role. I can be very flirty when the "Sexy Smile" side of me is showing. But, in real life, I'm actually pretty shy and not very confident of myself. So, it was fun to pretend for an evening to be the vivacious, flirty girl.It was also nice that someone was interested in chatting with me. I guess I would say that flirting is like riding a bike - doing it just comes back to you when you need it.

  5. Alas, the rest of the story consisted of a few naughty text exchanges and that's about it. My flirtatious evening did culminate with a rockin' orgasm as I fantasized about doing both those college boys at the same time mmmm.

  6. I think you just made Leah's day with the description of your fantasy!

I try to flirt as much as possible. It's not the easiest thing to do these days, but we both need occasional real life interaction with other adults or we'll go crazy. We know that it's harmless, and provides a very healthy outlet. We have to be careful, though, because while we don't live in a small town or anything, Jill's got a huge family, and her parents and most of her siblings are very active in the local community. I'm pretty sure at least some of her relatives think I'm a womanizer at the least, and I'd hate for them to walk into a bar and find me chatting up someone who is not my wife. They most definitely would not understand.

Oh, and you, not confident? Hard to believe!
